Fees and Policies

Concierge and Pick Up fees are assessed for our time and resources to order and pick up and repackage items — especially restaurant food — into proper containers for the aircraft.

  • Alcohol purchased and picked up on a client’s behalf may not be cancelled as state law does not permit returns.
  • Cancellations / Refunds are not issued for the following items once they are picked up: restaurant foods, cakes, floral arrangements, truffles and chocolates, newspapers and magazines.
  • Cancellations of non-perishable items we can return to a store – all service fees, less the original pick up fee and an amount equal to the pick up fee for the return trip.

LOCAL – Restaurant pick ups or special item requests within 5 miles of our local area will incur pick up and service charge as outlined below.

  • $35 pick up fee pick up fee + a 40% service charge based on the value of the order we procure and pay for.
  • $75 pick up fee for orders we pick up that were ordered and paid for directly by the client.

CROSS TOWN or LONG DISTANCE – Restaurant pick ups and special item requests within the Metro Detroit and Ann Arbor areas will incur pickup and service charge fees as outlined below.

  • $100 pick up fee pick up fee + a 40% service charge based on the value of the order we procure and pay for.
  • $150 pick up fee for orders we pick up that were ordered and paid for directly by the client.
  • Alcohol purchased and picked up on a client’s behalf may not be cancelled as state law does not permit returns.

Rush Orders

We will do our best to accommodate rush orders and any order with two hours or less notice is considered a rush order and may not be cancelled.

We stock a wide variety and are able to create boxed lunches, basic trays and some hot individual meals in a very short amount of time. We can rush an order out, with additional fees.

DTW – 13 minutes; DET – 30 minutes; YIP – 15 minutes; TOL – 63 minutes; TDZ – 67 minutes; FNT – 75 minutes; LAN – 92 minutes; GRR – 130 minutes

Cancellation Policy

Food prepared in our kitchen may be cancelled with adequate notice. Cold food requires a bit less time to prepare and properly chill than food we must cook, portion, chill and package. Hence we have a strict policy for cancellation as outlined below.

  • DTW, DET, YIP, ARB – Metro Detroit Airports
    • Cold food orders may cancel up to 4 hours prior to delivery.
    • Meals that require cooking and chilling require more time and may cancel up to 4 hours prior to delivery, unless special items were shopped or special recipes were ordered for preparation.
  • TOL & TDZ – Toledo, Ohio airports and FNT – Flint Airport
    • Cold food orders may cancel up to 5 hours prior to delivery.
    • Meals that require cooking and chilling require more time and may cancel up to 5 hours prior to delivery, unless special items were shopped or special recipes were ordered for preparation.
  • LAN – Lansing, Michigan and PHN – Port Huron, Michigan
    • Cold food orders may cancel up to 6 hours prior to delivery.

  • GRR – Grand Rapids, Michigan and CLE – Cleveland, Ohio airports
    • Cold food orders may cancel up to 6 hours prior to delivery.
    • Meals that require cooking and chilling require more time and may cancel up to 6 hours prior to delivery, unless special items were shopped or special recipes were ordered for preparation.
  • For any order, once it has left our facility and is en-route to the FBO, cancellation is not possible within these time windows.
